4. Subscription Terms

• Price: $9.99 USD per month
• Billing: Charged monthly through your app store account
• Auto-renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime through app settings or app store account
• Refunds: Governed by app store refund policies
• Free Trial: If offered, will auto-convert to paid subscription unless cancelled

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Provide accurate information when logging episodes
• Not share your account credentials
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app
• Be at least 13 years of age to use this app
